Good Doggy Dog Training, Inc. was founded on October 28, 2008 by Dog Trainer
Joseph Caprisecca. Joseph is constantly striving to develop programs for dogs and
their owners to take their obedience training to the next level. Good Doggy’s goal is
to help maintain a relationship between you and your pooch to ensure a happy,
healthy bond with your pet for a lifetime of love, devotion and loyalty. Joseph is
certified through FEMA in disaster response and animal rescue as well as being
animal CPR certified. Joseph plans to continue exploring different avenues of
education in dog training and behavior modification to grow as a trainer and to offer
as many programs as possible to you and your pooch!
Joseph has been studying at the New York Academy for Dog Trainers in
Farmingdale, NY since June of 2008 under Frank Bonomo and Mary Travers. Frank
has been training dogs since 1998 and specializes in off leash obedience and
protection training. Frank holds special certifications for narcotics and scent-
detection training as well as running seminars for Police-Only training dogs. Mary
has been training dogs since 2002, holds a PhD in psychology and has recently
completed a dissertation on learning behavior in dogs.
