This is where you will learn the terms needed to teach your dog what
we teach in our obedience programs. After all how can we expect your
dogs to learn them if we don’t teach you first?

Off: This useful command will come in handy with a new puppy as well as dogs that have developed some bad habits.  This is used when
your pooch is on a couch, table, is counter surfing or has jumped on a person/item they shouldn’t have.

Leave it: This command is used to let your dog know that chewing, mouthing or eating food that should be eaten is not okay and to
immediately “leave it” where it is.

Place: This is used when you want your pooch to get up on an object and stay there.  Good for when you have company and don’t want
Fido pestering your guests, or out doing yard work and don’t want them wandering. Also perfect for a photo op!!
